REQUIRED:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- A drive to create a great place to work for your team
- Great customer service skills
- Someone who sets high goals for yourself and your people
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for daily operations and staff
- Ensure that all controls are in place to minimize losses
- Build sales and control cost
- Ensure that all laws and legislative guidelines are being met
- Hire, manage, train and motivate Team Members
