Quality Restaurant Group Appoints Company’s First Chief Financial Officer

Greensboro, NC (March 29, 2021) – Quality Restaurant Group, one of the country’s largest and fastest growing quick service and fast casual restaurant franchise owners, today announced the appointment of Matt Zeiger as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Zeiger will oversee financial, information technology, facilities, and real estate for the company including their portfolio of over 350 Pizza Hut, Arby’s Moe’s Southwest Grill Restaurant and Sonic Drive-In locations throughout the United States.

With a distinguished career of over 25 years of leadership and financial management experience, Zeiger brings a wealth of knowledge to Quality Restaurant Group. Most recently Zeiger served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of Fleet Feet, where he provided strategic oversight of operational and financial functions for the company including their 180 owned and franchised retail locations. Prior to joining the team at Fleet Feet, Zeiger spent 16 years at YUM! Brands, Inc. where he held multiple senior-level finance roles including Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Hut Korea, where he oversaw 330 company and franchise restaurants and Vice President of Internal Audit for YUM! Brands. In addition, Zeiger worked at Taco Bell, overseeing field and franchise finance as well as at Deloitte & Touch, LLP as part of their auditing group.  He holds a Bachelor of Science, Business & Accounting from California State University, Long Beach.
